Straightline Loaners LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides vehicle rental services through its website and third-party booking platforms.

By booking, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, all applicable rental agreements, payment terms, and any platform policies presented at the time of booking.

All reservations, payments, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the terms presented at checkout. Vehicle availability, pricing, eligibility requirements, and rental conditions may change without notice.

Renters agree to operate vehicles lawfully and in accordance with all Company rules, insurance requirements, and the Company’s Rules of the Road, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Straightline Loaners LLC. The Website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website or Third-Party Services in any way that is harmful, illegal, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Straightline Loaners LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website or Third-Party Services.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Fees & Charges

a. Smoking

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A $150 smoking fee will be charged if evidence of smoking, vaping, or smoke odor is detected. This fee covers cleaning, deodorization, and lost rental time.

b. Excessive Cleaning
Vehicles must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, odors, trash, pet hair, or spills beyond normal use may result in an excessive cleaning fee of up to $150, depending on the condition of the vehicle and cleaning required.

c. Late Returns
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed return time. Unauthorized late returns or extensions will be charged a late fee of $10 per hour, in addition to any applicable daily rental rates, administrative fees, or related costs.

8. Accidents, Damage & Vehicle Issues

Any accident, damage, warning lights, mechanical issues, or safety concerns must be reported to the Company immediately. Renters are responsible for damage occurring during the rental period, subject to the protection plan or coverage selected at checkout.

9. Failure to Return Vehicle

Failure to return a vehicle by the agreed return time, refusal to communicate, disabling or tampering with vehicle tracking systems, or unauthorized extension of a rental may be treated as vehicle theft. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to involve law enforcement, report the vehicle as stolen, and pursue all available legal remedies, including recovery of losses, fees, damages, and associated costs.

10. Violations & Termination

The Company reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or terminate rentals for violations of these Terms of Service, the Rules of the Road, or applicable platform policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
